As it says in the title, they look too far gone to brake off, perhaps grow in large buckets?

Is your ground ready to plant, & the weather? I'd just put them in gently with a good dose of fertiliser

They'll be absolutely fine in buckets of compost or potato growbags, in my humble opinion, just take care not to break the shoots if you can manage it.

I've seen worse (usually in not-very-good shops pretending to be garden centres!  ;))

Some of them appear to have been getting a lot more light than others, but they should all be OK if planted with more than the usual amount of care (a nice soft layer of compost to lay them on would help.)
Sow your seeds, plant your plants. What's the difference? A couple of weeks or more when answering possible queries!

One of the best things about being an orang-utan is the fact that you don't lose your good looks as you get older

The top ones seem OK. Whenever I have had long spindly shoots I have snapped them off and the potato 'rechits'.
That seems to be a new word, but you  know what I mean.

What have you read but ignored so many times? Store in a cool, light and frost free place. ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::)

Plant them and try to be careful not to break the chits. Maybe rub the very longest ones off. They will soon re-chit in the ground. Ivor note the hyphen.
