I saw some lovely kilner jars there today.  Has anyone tried them?  I wonder whether they will be ok - should be as they're glass, but you never know.  They look like they could hold somewhere around half a litre.

Just make sure you buy ones that have smooth rims.

I bought a couple with rough bits in the rims and they didn't seal properly
