Diluted urine is a good compost activator, so no need to buy stuff  ;)
No need to add any activator to horse manure, it's already in there   :) Fresh horse manure rots very quickly, as soon as the weather arms up.
As long as it is no longer smelly, you can use it.

Urine needs to be used along with compost for it to be effective, since urine alone doesn’t have enough nutrients to sustain plant growth over several years

Well you would be using it with compost, if you are adding it to the compost heap, wouldn't you.

Well no because your trying to make homemade compost, only way urine might work by it self is if u go to a shop buy some compost and add that to your homemade compost, then what would the point be in making your own compost

 ???   ???   ???

Rotted vegetation, perhaps with some browns in it to stop it going slimey = compost

Speeding up the rotting process to get compost quicker = add fresh manure (contains pee) and/or pee in it.

Simples.

Think it's probably fair to say that most people don't feel the need to buy compost activators - they do 'work' but a heap made with the proper ratio of greens to browns and with access to air doesn't really need it, although pee recycling can help and is strangely satisfying, (but not in a pervy way I assure you!)  ;)
Sow your seeds, plant your plants. What's the difference? A couple of weeks or more when answering possible queries!

Quite agree JayG. I find drinking the required liquid to produce the urine in the first place very satisfying indeed.

Quite agree Aidy!  And the beauty of it is it doesn't really matter what you put in liquid wise as it all comes out the same.  I'm currently working my way through 20 or so different macro brewed IPAs.  I'm thoroughly enjoying it and I'll get amazing compost to boot  ::)

Um?  There seems to be some misunderstanding

You asked about compost activators.  Wee IS a compost activator.  You can either add it to your compost bin fresh or store it and let it 'mature' a while before using it.
