As I haven t had the time to check every single recipe I can t assure you there's any recipe using St bernard .

I can't understand how someone could.  I very much doubt I could eat a bird brought up by me specifically for meat - I'd wimp out whatever I said initially. As for eating laying birds - keep an animal for years then eat it.. no.

My pal Annie had a laying flock of 40. The plan was to cull when they ceased laying prductively. She ended up with a retirement home for her girls and she's far tougher than I am.
