As for the recipe, I've never made them, but looking at recipes and pictures, I imagine they'd be difficult to get right without eggs. Wouldn't they come out a bit gluey? What recipe have you been using, LotuSeed?

I'd never even heard of them, but they look perfect for all the kids we have visiting us. I never, ever have enough desserts and cakes in the house, but these look special and could be easily knocked up. A fancy version of pancakes and a variant on the Scottish pancakes I inevitably settle on.
