Anyone grown Caraway?
« on: January 18, 2015, 18:40 »
I have just made a warming soup with winter veg, I added quite a lot of Caraway seed which led me to think about growing it. The info online says you can eat the leaf and the root. Is it an easy plant, and is the plant worth eating, not just the
seeds? I have limited space so I like plants which multi task!

Easy to grow -- sow direct about early April thin to 6ins and wait to harvest seeds late August  :D

Leaves not up to much tbh
