Unhappy Orchid

Ok, orchids are a nightmare, is it a phalaenopsis? do you know which one?
is there any new looking growth? needs to be warm, not direct sunlight 19-25 deg, moist but you can drown it by over watering, i couldnt tell much from the pics so not east to I.D
