Is it time to start the filling for those small pastry items?

I made up the weight of the latest batch with chopped prunes, cranberries and cherries. It's very nice and the neighbours will never know the difference 

Unfortunately I made a mincemeat and almond sponge tart for a friend when we went visiting (as is the custom here) and now they want me to make them two for Christmas! All my mincemeat was spoken for so I have had to make another batch. I did come away with some fennel, sprouts and blackcurrant bushes though.
