Has anyone grown them and if so, how did you use them?
Cheers

I've grown them, but no clue what to do with them. They took ForEver to ripen here.

I tried them last year, and tried various different things, like Surbie, I didn't really know what to do with them, but I think salsa verde is probably the thing they are good at.
I can tell you they weren't great crystallised  :(

They're a key component in ordinary salsa (nachos, burritos etc).

This is my first year growing them and they do seem to take forever to ripen. I use them to make salsa verde, which I bottle and use for enchiladas verdes. I was just curious to see if anyone used them for anything other than salsa verde.
Thanks for the input :)
