Problem Fig

Hello all,

I have a problem with my fig - sorry no idea what variety.

It is kept in my greenhouse where I have had it for 2 years.  It is in a pot and does not appear pot-bound. 

This year it has developed brown spots and appears to be under attack from small black flies (poor picture attached).

Does anyone have an idea what the problem is and what can be done to make it healthy again?
