One or two of the old leaves in the left hand picture appear to have got a covering of mildew and would be best taken off - the others are fine (the grey patchy blotches on the leaves are a normal feature of many courgette varieties.)
Sow your seeds, plant your plants. What's the difference? A couple of weeks or more when answering possible queries!

I've got a courgette called Black Beauty I think, but they aren't even as dark as those!  But look good!   :) :)
