Not sure about any spuds  but 'tis blight. 
If the toms are big enough harvest them and see if you can get any to ripen on a window sill. Keep an eye on them though...

They don't look very happy.
I always have a little difficulty telling the difference initially between blight and botrytis, although the two are closely linked. If your tomatoes are in a greenhouse, you can often nurse plants through botrytis long enough to get a half decent harvest.
Best to look for stem problems from early on, and remove  affected small branches carefully. Even affected main stems can be supported allowing the plants to carry on. Important not to touch transfer spores around the plants. I've given up using Bordeaux mixture and am not sure of it's status now, organic or otherwise, but it certainly helped me in the past to protect the new branches and tomato growth from otherwise suffering plants, as it can keep the spores off the newer tomatoes.
