I found some Lupin seeds that have been sitting in the damp obviously because they are chitting in the packet.

I know it is way too late for these to flower, but I guess I may as well sow them and dig them in later as a green manure - or would any of them get to flowering stage now do you think?

Or can you overwinter them?

Yes, they should overwinter to flower next year.  They are perennials, so now is a good time to sow if you don't mind waiting till the following year for flowers.  But I'm not an expert, I may be corrected.

They will be corkers if you sow them now for a next year bloom. Just make sure they don't dry out during the summer and keep an eye on aphids.
