It gets it's name from the cluster of fleshy seedpods that it has --- slightly like capers I suppose 

They are interesting plants really. get the occasional one pop up in our garden

Thanks thats exactly what it is. I wonder how it got there.  I will collect the seeds and try and grow a few more as we will be clearing the end of the garden soon. Mind you it appears very poisonous.
