garden fleece

Hi All,

I have only recently started using fleece on my vegetables and I am intending to buy some larger quantities. I would like to know, before I buy this, how other people have found it, particularly the different grades. I have up to now bought locally and this has all been 17 GSM grade, would I be better investing in the higher grade or is the 17 adequate. I am less bothered about frost protection, for this year at least, but protection against birds, insects and slugs.
