Potting on cosmos

Can I pot on my cosmos seedlings deeper upto the 1st set of leaves?

Yes, I think that's what I've done before.

That's what I do. They make more roots from the stem and as they grow quite tall it helps to anchor them in the soil when they go out in the ground.
