Polish Linguisa tomatoes
« on: April 24, 2014, 11:27 »
Is anyone else growing these? Mine are yellowy looking, despite being fed the same as the other plants, all of which are a healthy dark green with plenty of flower buds developing.

I have one plant in the border in the heated greenhouse, and some in six inch pots which are outside during the day and back in the greenhouse at night.

Just wondered if anyone else had the same problem?

I grow  Polish Ligustra paste tomatoes. Are we talking the same variety?

If we are, then I've never seen mine turn yellow.  Is it possible maybe some critter is piddling on them?

Okay, small correction. The person who gave me the seeds called it the wrong name. The variety is linguisa as titled.

I don't think anything can piddle that high, Trillium. They are on staging in the garden during the day, and in the greenhouse at night.

I shall have to get some Epsom Salts I think, and see if that helps. Can't think of anything else to do really.
