Potato Marriage
« on: January 07, 2008, 21:39 »
Daddy potato had  three potato daughters and when they were 21 he sent them out to find a man potato to marry.

So all three went out into the wide world to find a husband.

The first one came back one month later and said 'Dad I am getting married to a King Edward'. Overjoyed at this news Daddy potato says 'By heck lass you have done well for yourself you are marrying a King Edward that means you are marrying royalty I am so proud of you'

The second potato came back and  says 'Dad I am getting married to a Jersey Royal'. Overjoyed at this news Daddy potato says 'By heck lass you have done well for yourself you are marrying a Jersey Royal that means you are marrying royalty I am so proud of you'.

Then the third potato daughter comes back and says 'Dad I am getting married' Dad potato says you are getting married well done lass who to?
The third daughter says 'Well dad I am getting married to Des Lynham'.

Aghast at this Dad says 'WHAT no way can you marry Des Lynham he is a commentator'.  :D

A man went into a department store and asked an assistant, "Do you sell potato clocks?"
"Potato clocks, sir? I'm not sure what you mean," replied the assistant.
"Well," came the explanation, "I'm always being late for work, and my boss said I would get there for nine if I got a potato clock
If it wasn't for chemicals we'd be organic.
