how exciting pauline.

me and mumsy got some cream legbars on saturday and they are very pretty.

ours are a bit younger so we have longer to wait for blue eggs.

dont forget to put up some pictures and let us see the first blue eggs.

hi

well I have picked up my new cream legbar and also got a gold cross hen as well, took a friend with me and she fell in love with the hen so she has come home with us as well, they have gone in the coop tonight with the others and all is quiet 2 got off their perches and had a slight peck but nothing really nasty, left them in peace and its all quiet, will see what the morning holds!!!!!! :)

hi

as you know got the new hens on monday, picked them up when it was dusk and put them straight into the coop with the others and all roosted ok, let them out in the morning and one of the black hens went in feet first but i was there to stop anything really nasty and after that there was a little bit of bullying but nothing really nasty and now wednesday everything has settled down obvioulsy they are not as forward as the rest yet but I am sure that will come in time, if the weathers nice tom :?  I will post some pics of the newbies :D
