what to plant?
« on: March 30, 2014, 17:21 »
hi guys,
just a quick question.i have a spare bed roughly 4m square and im looking for ideas what to plant in it.i already have onions red and white, carrots, beetroot, early pots and main crop pots, runner beans, leeks, lettuce, spring onions, rocket and various herbs.so im really looking for something different to put in this bed.i did try cabbeage but it was such a pain trying to build a frame to net it then having them destroyed by caterpillars having some how managed to get through it all!.so something I can put in that doesn't need lots of time spent on it.thanks in advance. :)

Thanks for the replies guys.yes I do have a greenhouse. I'm liking the idea of squash's and courgettes. Would it be OK to grow different types in same bed?.I did try fennel last year with zero success! Lol
