Yes, they are pretty good actually.  Fresh is obviously best, but frozen is good.

I'm thinking of starting some PSB this year for the first time.  Can I get some advise on when they need to be planted out and do they need a sunny position and netted the whole time?

Well, I know it says experienced member by my name, but I don't feel that experienced!  I just follow the instructions on the packet.  Different varieties seem to have different instructions,

I'm sure some of the 'real' experts will be able to help.
