Morning. Market day today, look like being another gorgeous day

morning all, been awake and up for about an hour but the dogs needed feeding and taking out before I could get on here. Looks like it's going to be a lovely day here too

I don't have the flu jab anymore - I think it makes me ill more often and for longer each time

I have an annual one because of my asthma and luckily I have no side effects.
Jim and our eldest son had to have a different variation of the flu jab because they are both welders and a certain one off type was recommended as part of their work protection. Our Dr's had never heard of the type of flu jab and had to look into it before they would order it in for us but because it was government recognised thing they ordered and administered it free of charge.

As a diabetic I get offered it free but that's exactly why I don't accept their kind offer - I had bird flu over Christmas a few years ago and managed to survive that so I take the risk.

Sitting here having breakfast at 6:30 and it's pitch black outside we are getting to the time of year I really hate, I think I may be one of those people that need daylight.... Ummm perhaps I'm solar powered and just didn't know it

Off to Lidl as it seems they have lamb......LAMB!!!! Oh the excitement!
