Hubby awake early so early morning drink brought to me in bed . Nice thought but when I wake early I go downstairs. Never mind awake now & back in bed with my morning coffee & all of you if you know what I mean . Supposed to be sunny all day here, but I've to prepare for a sewing group on Saturday that I'm leading. Why didn't I prepare it all last week when it rained all week

Good morning Tosca... nice to see someone around and about.   :)

Bit of a cheat Paul as we are two hours ahead of you. Saying that I am rarely in bed after 5 and at this time of the year, by the time the dogs are fed and coffee made it's time to let the chooks out, three sheds full. OH does the geese, rowdy rabble, when he gets up. I am trying not to get involved as they are for Christmas and I am a non meat eater. He is getting a bit attached to them which is a shame as two are booked out. Ooo-er.

Morning all, been awake most of the night with burning joints especially my wrist. I painted the whole shed yesterday and the fence panel by the side of it and am suffering now. In fact I suffer every time I have a day on the lottie. Old age don't come by itself that's for sure.

Arthur (itus) is constant companion  to me but at last the doc has found a tablet that I can take without too many side effects. I did hear they have found a new one  that is supposed to work don't know what it is called though.
I am off to the allotment lots to do so little time.

I don't think it's muscle pain snowy it hurts in the joints and I get a burning sensation  I suppose there is no gain without pain as they say. Whoever said that first should be shot

Dugless  I feel your pain hope the new tablets work for you  :)

If you are having a burning sensation in the joints it might be a touch of arthritis. You need to rest for a couple of days. It might help to use one of the anti-inflammatory gels that you can get in chemists.

I had burning and stiff knees after starting my Balance classes - glucosamine and cod liver+ evening primrose oil seems to be working a treat ;)

It's taken a couple of months to feel the benefit of the glucosamine and just watch how your are taking it - there have only been one or two cases of liver issues with it but I worried when I had my virus in April two weeks after starting it, oh and check if you're on other tablets. ;)
