Has anyone tried this?  www.sleepio.com ?  Heard about it on Inside Health on R4 this week.  I realise it's now so late, no one will read this until tomorrow morning, but .....!

Just had a look its a Bit expensive, they should do a free trial first.
I'm  going to see my GP about waking up during the night , but she will  probably say the same as last time, cut out the caffeine and go for a walk before bedtime.

It seems pricey at £50 ish, but a face to face CBT consultation can cost that for one or two sessions.I suppose it depends on whether you like being awake in the middle of the night, or if you fret (I'm a fretter!).

Got up early today to send OH to his mum's. Got loads done before lunch, but now I'm spent......zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

The beauty of early retirement. Have a moan then enjoy a nice long day doing what I want. No need for pills and potions. :D

This is becoming a habit

I have the opposite problem.  Can't keep my eyes open after a long day at work then wake up early  ::)

Blooming cats again.

Let's hope they don't put their clocks forward tonight!
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

I was staggering around at midnight when the dog decided to want to go out for some reason...

Hmphhh...

But she's forgiven me now!

I'm hoping mine aren't intelligent enough to realise either!
Although I'm getting up early to watch the race anyway! ::)

Well I'm up.  Slept like a log after a long day at work.  I've been waking at around 5.00 all week, but the clocks have changed, so I feel like I have had a lie-in today

mothers day-who decided that was a good idea? 5.30 in old time.  I need to be up for church, it's usually very busy today-otherwise I'd have stayed in bed.

Well the clock said 6.15, couldn't remember whether we had changed it but got up.  We had done that particular clock so it didn't matter.  I'm like Newshoot, go to bed early and get up early  as a consequence.
