Morning Miggs and all (I know it's no longer early morning, but been up a few hours and just got back to the forum ;))
Hope it's the same in your part of the country, in Bedfordshire the weather's improved a bit since first thing ... the rain's stopped, just a few patchy clouds about and a bit breezy now.

I was up until 2am this morning walking for a local charity on the Midnight walk.
I'm a bit tired now as I didn't fall asleep until after 4am and one of the cats decided it was time for me to get up at 9:30am  ::) :D

Morning all.
Back to the daily grind after spending more time than planned in the garden & on the plot this weekend .... it just means that those wet weather tasks I had planned are still waiting to be done .... oh well  ;)

We end up with Harry in with us everynight. Funny how he sleeps so much better in our bed. Cant wait for him to go into a bed and we can swap.

Checked on the plot a few minutes ago ... looks like it'll be courgette for dinner again and by the look of it won't be long before this season's runner beans & dwarf beans are on the menu. Just eaten my first ever home grown raspberry ....

So glad I work part time, picking a friend up who's had major surgery to bring her here for a coffee & chat & change of scenery, then get to the plot to pick stuff☺️, ready to take to my mums tomorrow til Saturday, then back home, ready to go to Hyde Hall on Sunday with the gardening club. Phew I'll be glad to get to work on Monday 😃
