Up early but for once I don't mind, want to be ready to set off early to watch the Richard III cortege. Lots of road closures so don't want to miss my steam train ride from Market Bosworth :)

Morning all - am up early for messing about on the plot but it's very, very nippy out there so I might just have a leisurely brekkie and coffee till the sun's made it warmer.

Hope you have a great day Snowy.  :)

Morning everyone. Off out soon for a trip to England to visit my Mum who is back in Hospital.   Ferry is booked for 9am.   It's a bit windy here so hope the crossing won't be too bad.

Oh dear  :(  I hope she is OK wighty and that your trip over to the mainland isn't too bad.  Its breezy here but not that windy.

I was woken by the chicken alarm clock in the garden and am contemplating a plot visit.  I went yesterday and did a lot of digging, so I am a bit creaky this morning  ::)

Morning all,

Been up a while trying to get things out of the way to free up some time to work on my plot later.

Hope your mum is ok - as I recall she's fairly frail *hugs*

My Spanish junior nurse has been visiting the Isle of Wight this week with a friend of his. I thought of you when I saw his picture on FB  :)

I actually had a bit of a lie-in this morning. but have since had a lovely sunny walk down Cardinham Woods in Cornwall and a yummy roast lunch with a gooey pud! :)

Morning all!

Radio alarm came on at what I thought was the right time, then thought I'd slept through 2nd alarm a few minutes later. Showered, shaved etc thinking I was a few minutes late only to get downstairs and find the kitchen clock showing 3.30, not 4.30 ..... must have moved my clock forward an hour last night when changing the alarm time  ???

Good morning all!

It's nice to see most of you are still here after my long absence.
As this is my second or third "good morning" so far tonight I suddenly decided to drop in to check that the mods are keeping you in good order. ;)

I'm still caring for my mother (now 95) and despite a recent 999 trip doing ok. She had slept most of Saturday so is now far from the land of Nod... as predicted. :(

It's not bad out... reasonably warm, slightly damp but not too windy...yet. Lovely and quiet.

Here's hoping that when your Sundsy starts it's a good one.
Best wishes, Paul
