Good morning, congrats Snowdrops, I am waiting for a buyer, ::) but like you will find it hard to find a replacement  if and when we sell it.

Thank you Dugless, it's going to be difficult to find something I think, & if we leave the village I would lose my allotment as they changed the rules this year.

Morning all,

Snowy great news about the house, hope you find somewhere soon

Dugless I hope you enjoyed your weeks in the Gower. I so miss that part of Wales I used to take the kids there often on a weekend and me and the ex used to go regularly to an Indian restaurant there too. <sigh>
As I get older I miss places in Wales more.

Morning all, up early again here with that well known brain buzz . Lots to think about, had an offer accepted yesterday on a bunglehouse . Our buyers are visiting this afternoon to look round again, hope they don't change their minds ???. So a tidy up is required & a bit of flower arranging, plus a bit of subtle aroma needs to organised, ie a rast chicken dinner, with some baking in evidence to show what a lovely family home it is.

Morning snowy, hope everything goes well and great about your offer being accepted. It will be both a stressful and exciting time for you.  :)
