I go to a   couple every morning who are washed and I help them dress, they cook for themselves and only have 45 minutes help from  me, he is 101 and she is 99, they have been married since he was 23.  I've been going there four years now at  7am!

good morning, not a lot of rain here yet one of those days when you don't get a lot of work done

Just drizzling at the mo in Devon- which is great as the whole garden could do with a nice soaking

Sure I can see the lawn turn green as I watch!

And the courgettes are growing as I speak!

I've managed to get an hours work done down on the allotment before the drizzle arrived, it has to be said it was a lot windier last night, there is hardly any wind at all out there.

It will be house jobs today, might even watch a film this afternoon or we really ought to fetch MIL over
