I have no where in my house that is suitable for germinating seeds.  I don't really have window sills, and only have one south facing window which isn't suitable to put a temproary shelf up.

So, I though of using a light box with full spectrum daylight tubes (fortunately I have an aquarium hood standing around doing nothing)

Has anyone used a light box with any success?
