« on: February 27, 2014, 22:05 »
Can anyone tell me what plant this is, it's been in flower for a couple of weeks, I don't remember buying any blue flowering plants, only some himalayan poppy seeds last year, they were blue but didn't germinate. ???

A. Blanda and A. nemorosa generally have yellow middles.

This does look like a very early A. de caen I think, with the dark blue middle like that

Lovely isn't it, I think it must of come from my mums garden, she often changes things around and gives me the plants and pots shes fed up with, she gave me a miniature Apple tree last year I planted that on the allotment.
This year she's moving to Thailand so ill probably have a lot more. Bless  :)

Agree with this, especially looking at the leaves.
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.
