Course we do, although some things only last a season ( like their fleece. ) You get what you pay for  ;)

I think you'll find it's 300g weight, not 300 sets.

See this post and the one over the page:

Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

.

Tubers, bulbs and corms are fine, they have Gladioli Nanus 2 packs of 10 corms each for £1, just check online what others are charging!

Their roses , shrubs and perennials in plastic bags are dubious, don't buy unless they look alive as they are packed in dry peat and kept in hothouse conditions in the store!

good sense to only buy from them early in the season!
STOP, and smell the roses!

Not sure what I'm doing this year gardening wise, but 3 years ago I bought my daughter some of their solar fence lights, and they are still going, plus 2little solar lights for outside her back door 2 years ago.  Although they are not reallly strong, they give a little glow!

Having looked at the nutritional contents of some of Wilko's feed stuff and bought their onion sets and other things, I have been well pleased, but you have to be selective with their plants.
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.

I bought their onion sets and was well pleased with them.
Also bought cat litter trays for leeks.
You do have to look carefully at pack size as not always the cheapest.
I have my own cement mixer and not afraid to use it!!

I bought the bags of shallots and apart from the odd one they were fine.  The potatoe fertilizer is really good value even compared with the cheapest price I have found of three pound.  Last year I bought seed trays and not the best quality think I prefer wilko for pots.  I have been buying some very strong good quality pots from the Yorkshire. Trading company.   You definitely have to shop around and like others have said compare the size of items.

I find them handy for very small plastic pots, fleece and green netting. Wouldn't be buying plants from there but might consider onion sets next year if I see them being stacked on the shelves. Have used their rose fertiliser for the bungalow garden last year as small size and the roses were only on notice till I could get them cleared.

Still prefer to do grow your own from seed as much as possible. That way if stuff falls over it's the gardener not the supplier.
