Debris netting from ebay
or veggiemesh
http://www.gardening-naturally.com/acatalog/Veggiemesh.html
or enviromesh from lots of places

I used to say anything with a hole size of 11mm or less, but saw them fold their wings to get through this size, so wouldn't recommend what's commonly sold as brassica netting  :(

I have found pond netting to be very good, but then I did "aquire" it for free

I bought my net on line 3/4 years ago it has 6mm holes and measures out at 6 x 11 meters cost me 40 I've never had any problems with butterfly's getting through. Don't know what it would cost now.
Optimism probably a gardeners best tool.

Some make high timber frames with a door, others make 2ft high frames with Velcro around the netting on the top so it can be removed for weeding, others use water pipe pushed into the ground others have it fixed to a timber frame so it can just be lifted  on the side to weed and gain access.

Take a look at the diaries on here and you will find all manor of solutions
