Hi All,
Had to post this pic I looks like one of my eggs has grown a wart my girls always seem to amaze me with their weird and wonderful ways

One of my hens would lay the occasional knobbley egg. If you rub the lump it breaks off in granules leaving a patch of thin shell underneath.
When you look at it an egg is a miracle of natural  perfection and the oddities quite rare.

Rare  I bet I could sell it on eblag for thousands then

Rarely seen by the public then.
The egg packing plants will have them by the thousand and i expect they de-shell them to sell as bulk liquid eggs.
