Planting out leeks
« on: January 24, 2014, 10:50 »
Like most folks I'm planning out my garden and starting off the earliest sowings. Now I've got a nice little plan together for the plot, using some rather nifty software and feeling pleased with myself when I realised - I've forgotten to put the leeks anywhere!
So has anybody got an idea of what they might be able to follow on? Bearing in mind that if we have a cold spring again like last year, stuff like the broad beans is likely to run behind again.

<Edit> Sorry, just saw another thread about leeks and realised I should mention, the seeds I've got are autumn types.
Maybe I'm forgetting leeks so much this year I should just forget them altogether....

thanks
jerry

It must have been late July before my first earlies came out last year. I guess I'll take the gamble that my leeks aren't too big by then. cheers.
