Why can't I stop myself ?  Every packet looks sooo exciting ...... full of promise.....I can find a spot somewhere for that latest packet ......I will only grow a few ......not the whole packet, I can fit a couple of little germinating plants in somewhere .....

Aaaah, the ADMISSION!

You are among friends, Muls, and no doubt you will find many like-minded chums here!

You are therefore creative, hard-working, diligent, forward-thinking, aware of the hard work it needs to grow plants, and because of all this, you can see into the distance...

We're all like that here, although some are more like you than others..;0)

I simply can't think of anything nicer to be addicted to . . . .  but you will have to buy yourself a larger seed container by 2015 if this continues to be a problem  ;)

The solution is actually quite simple. Keep buying the seeds.

When you have filled one allotment pot, you need a second plot. When you  have filled both of them get a third plot and so on.  Probably should stop when you are measuring your total plot area in acres.
That is called a "Farm". :)
Sometimes my plants grow despite, not because of, what I do to them.

Hello, my name is Snoop and I'm an addict too.

I posted a query about two types of cabbage yesterday, some people have looked at it but nobody has answered. So, my solution is to buy both on the grounds that I'll be able to answer my own query and satisfy all those other people's curiosity.

I must admit that yesterday I chucked out a lot of old seeds and others that people had given me that I will never grow or try again. And how did I feel: elated at all the room in my seed box just waiting for new packets to fill.

I have developed a strategy to seed buying but in fact I suspect it might be fuelling my addiction: I have started doing checks across various suppliers to see what they have, the prices they charge, how many seeds per packet and how much they charge for postage. At least this way my seed purchases are less random, but it does rather keep me glued to suppliers' websites. I hesitate to call it seed porn but that might be the appropriate term!
