I have a rose breeder near me so no postage at all.  It's fatal to go there though. Mind you this time of year might be a tad safer when you can't see the actual flowers    I think a rose would make a wonderful start to the new year

Was looking at this very plant shortly before Christmas and managed to resist, but not sure for how long we will be able to!!
