Anyone tried cocktail kiwis

Advert in a good food mag and i need a plant. Anyone tried, failed ? Advice.

Yes, I'm waiting for opinions too.  I bought one, but didn't receive it till July.  I didn't get it planted out, it's still in it's pot in the greenhouse.

I'm planning to grow it on a wire trellis/frame at the back of a flower border, as I believe it is fairly ornamental too.

Not sure if you can get them into fruit in the first year, maybe that's why there have been no comments.

Hi BQ no advice on them only to say have you tried Florence on kiwi's as lots of people are allergic to them,sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings,but suspect you already know.

I haven't grown them but I can confirm they do make good eating  ;)

She hasnt been yet but having outgrown banana allergy i am keen to try. Banana, latex and kiwi often go hand in hand. Right now at two and a half its not what she can it, its what fussy pants will agree to eat. She has a right mind of her own lol. Its all disgusting right now.  ::)

If its up the plot i dont mind as she knows some bits are not safe for her so we can work with it.  ;)
