i know the feeling of the rubbish you find, i was amazed and at the same time pretty annoyed at the rubbish people have buried in the past.

i have just started digging over again after the first year of growing (mainly potatoes) and it is a lot easier with the roots and rubbish to dig up and clear. trying to do little and often as i felt like i almost broke my back earlier in the year.

keep up the good work.

I did not have much big stuff to clear but lots and lots of pieces of glass. The front of the plot has a 3ft wood fence along it's length which I am going to remove and replace, I will re-use the old fence as a boundary at the bottom of the plot leaving a very small gap between this and the neighbours fencing to safely get rid of any unwanted rubbish.

Thanks all for the comments  :)

It's great to see the before and after photo's - anyone else have some to share?
