Just how high will a broad bean grow?

Can't be specific without knowing the variety. Some grow to 18", some to 36" or more.

hi every time I grow broad beans they usually end up around 4-5 feet bunyards exibition or aquadulce

Mine get to waist height or more - so 3-4 ft.

On our site wee reckon that 6 feet is about the norm up here given the right soil, the right weather - that's using Enorma which is the common one to us.

I thought Enorma was a runner bean variety, not a broad bean?

Wizard , technically a Field Bean, grew a good 6ft for us this year.
