Hen growing cockerel feathers

My gold partridge bantam hen who is about 4 yrs old has changed colour. Quite a few of her breast feathers are black and she has grown hackle and saddle feathers like the cockerel. Can anyone tell me what is going on?

I have heard of this but never seen it, apart from one of my hens growing spurs.

Hens only use one ovary tract

and are quite capable to reverse their gender if needs must

Yes, but they are not fertile - they cannot "father" chicks!
