Just be shutting them in, made sure the roof is okay, not much else I can do :(
It's all about the journey, not the destination

Just keep to your usual routine and let your chooks decide. Do not bring them in they will overheat! And keep an eye of course :)

After last years horrible down pours and snow I am confident that my hardy little girls will be fine.  Enclosed run, with a good strong roof on it....And I'm lucky that I'm not in an area that is likely to suffer from flooding.

At the minute they are not too sure but the most likely areas will be the south of England. This link gives more information.

If your location is prone to flooding it would be advisable to move them to a safe place.  If your coop is lightweight make sure it will not be blown over.  Your chickens will decide where they want to be as Sassy said, just make sure they are not near large branches that could break in the high winds.   :)

strong winds generally won't affect my run and coop too much as it is very sheltered with having tall hedge trees in the garden.  However, storm force winds would worry me as the run is built next to a very tall Ash tree (neighbours garden) which is still in full leaf and in the path due to wind direction  :(

We had more rain last night, my hens are getting webbed feet, I dont understand why they wander around in the rain when they got a nice dry hen house

My coop and run are really heavy.  No risk of blowing over or flooding.  Just me as I go to check on them.  Might have to tether me down!
