Definitely elderberries....some make jam/jelly with them or the best is wine :)

That's funny my husband did exactly the same thing when he was a lad.  Must be something that boys do! ;) :lol:


I have just picked a bucket full of these, swotted up the recipe in the cooking forum and am going to make jelly tomorrow. :)

Our gang were lucky to be able to run feral on weekends and holidays,
Fatty Johnston said they were edible and he knew stuff !
Had us all on the great white telephone that evening ! Happy days! :)

It has not put me off Elderberry wine or jelly !
