hurrah mexican squash stew

 :D MIL Gave me a large bowl of split tomatoes just defrosting some butter beans. Mexican squash stew for dinner tomorow my version with added beans.

I have split tomatoes and wondered what to do with them.  :D
I have my own cement mixer and not afraid to use it!!

Have a look at www.cookedmooseblogspot.co.uk under spicey mexican squash stew as a basic receipe and I add beans and any veg available
