I'm sitting looking at all my onions and thinking of making a French onion soup, but can't seem to decide between the many recipes online.

Anyone got a recipe to share?

my wife uses this recipe off google ...:

they call for a duch oven, but we use a cast iron lidded pot (Le Creuset).... which works exactly the same (we have a proper dutch oven (South African 3 legged cast Iron pot, but it's too big for the soup recipe)

the oven temperature that they use is in Farenheit (not celsius)
