I'll try Tesco's again later. This is what I'm after doing:

New Shoot:

Do you mean the 24-hour Tesco down Napier Road? Over the bridge and turn left at the roundabout?

I'll answer for her as she is at work -- yes that is the one. The one on Portman Road also stocks gram flour  :)

I watched the vegetable pakora video, visited the site and got the recipe this afternoon at work (don't tell anyone). I then came home and made some - fantastic.

The ones you brought when you visited the other week went down a treat with OH.  I saved them and shared them with him when he got back from work.  He was quite anxious that I have a go at making them  ;)

Home made pakora is a main course at our house dished up with a crisp salad. Make the veg the star turn!  That's my mantra  :tongue2:

Also delicious with homemade chips and mayo at the same time but I'm trying not to go there. Sigh  :nowink:

I was watching Rick yesterday morning, in South India, and he was recommending the cabbage and potatoes fried with chopped coconut.  I like the sound of that  :tongue2:

It is exceptionally nice tbh

We have lamb with spinach tonight, with dry fried onion garnish, plain roti and yoghourt with mint, plus lime pickle  :D :D  You can tell I am not at work, can't you?  ;)  The lamb was in the reduced section so good value too  :nowink:
