what can I do with my turnips?

Pulled several up today first I have ever grown  :lol: but what now do they freeze ? Hadn't expected them until the autumn  :wacko:
some people are like slinkys......they're really good for nothing, but they still bring a smile to your face as you push them down the stairs!!

Raymond Blanc sautees his gently in butter til they caramelise and brown at the edges. He would only ever cook smallish ones. Don't let them get big!  :)

Freeze em?  I never got that many  :)
