Ok I followed the recipe on her and killed the first yeast by adding to hot water like an idiot so got a second yeast and now on day two and no action ? Any advice

Yes but I think both yeasts lived .....it's like a science experiment in my spare room

Adding yeast to boiling water would kill it...but we all learn by our mistakes. You did right in adding some more yeast...
I've been brewing beer & wine for years now and I'm still willing to learn something new.

firstly thank for this recipe as it was simple to follow (after initial mishap)

and secondly  it tastes like alcoholic vimpto ...its Delicious

going to put second batch on ASAP
