A while ago now I was browsing the site when I came across a link where somebody was showing us where they bought builders netting to protect crops. Ive tried to find it again but cant, can any body help me locate this piece of information. Thanks

Can't remember it myself, have you tried scaffolding supplies in the yellow pages or ebay for scaffolding net ? I've managed to scrounge all mine so far

its a shame you are not near me, as ive got some. try builders merchants, you get a huge roll and its cheap.

ask buiders on a big build site near to you - they will be contractors - and won't give a toss about getting shot of a load for a few quid

There's loads of it just at the back of my plot - I just have to persuade the builders to drop it my side of the fence when they take the scaffolding down. I wonder if they like purple sprouting broccoli?

Cheers PJ, that looks very fine too, does anyone think it would double up as brassica net or carrot protection, or would you use it purely for wind protection?
