potato leaves dying!

Just dug 2 roots tonight with the same yellow dieback, tatties perfectly ok stems fine But, and its a big but, they didn't get any manure like their compatriots further down the plot, and they were first in line for all that wind the last couple of weeks. all over our site the westernmost rows are all showing this.
