Only move them at night once they are in their nest for the night - otherwise they will get lost 

Very useful information. Thanks very much will get them shifted late tomorrow night so that they can be left alone for the rest of the season.

I've just spotted another one in my lupin pot! This is about 2 metres away from the other visitors. This particular fella does not appear to be carrying any leaf fragments but has been whizzing back and forth and burrowing a little hole on the compost surface.

I've never seen this before, so many of them!
